Format


The Art of Living workshop is divided into six sessions of 3–4 hours each and is held over six days with additional 2-hour weekly follow-up sessions. The format I can be adjusted to the particular needs of any group or class.


Workshop Dates : August 12th – 17th
Starts August 12th, 6 PM @ Room 117, Humanities building, Rice University

Workshop schedule:
Weekdays (August 12, 13, 16, 17) 6:30 pm – 9:30pm
Sat & Sun (August 14, 15) 9:30 am – 2:30pm
