• In 1999, Owlchemy's Adventures in Chemistry consisted of three large-scale chemistry demonstrations at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Over 1,100 students and teachers attended.

• In past National Chemistry Weeks, Owlchemy performed its annual Explosions in Chemistry shows for students in the Houston area students. We also sponsored a lecture by nobel laureate Richard Smalley, held undergraduate seminars, and liquid nitrogen ice cream study breaks.
