Dr. Cesario, I
wanted to send you some email to thank and congratulate you and the entire MOB
for such an excellent performance at the U of M/Rice football game this past
weekend. My words are not adequate
to express how truly enjoyable both your pregame and halftime shows were.
It was such a nice change to see a show that was so humorous!!!
I wasn't quite sure what to make of the MOB during pregame but had
decided that you guys were wonderful when you played "Oh, Canada" as
the Michigan State song (those of us seated in Row 96, Section 30 all sang
along!). I laughed so hard I was
crying all the way through your halftime show...especially as an engineer trying
to explain, through the laughter, the significance of the integral and solution
and you formed on the field (including the additional factor of "+ C"
on the solution was a great touch!). Please
pass on my sincere congratulations and admiration from myself and my friends to
the entire MOB. We sincerely
enjoyed your show and were excited to see something that did not, as is typical,
put us to sleep. Thank
