Notes:
- The first column in each table is the electron energy in
eV; the second column is the absolute partial cross section for
production of the heaviest ionic species (usually in units of
10-16 cm2); the third column is the uncertainty
in this cross section. The next two columns are for the next
heaviest species and so on.
- Note that the data tabulated here
for H2, N2, O2, CO2,
SO2, CH4, and H2O reflect a
recent recalibration of the apparatus and thus differ slightly
from those given in the original publications.
