While the RFC is run by Rice University students, it is open to whomever wishes to join: students, faculty members, and community members are all welcome to fence with us.
Officers
Membership
There is no membership fee to join the club. Fencing at our sponsor's private club, Salle Mauro, is free for Rice students and you can probably get a ride with one of our members.
Equipment
The club owns a number of weapons of all three types, plenty of jackets, masks, helmets, including electric strip equipment. If you are looking to learn how to fence, or if you know how and would like to get some bouts in, we can accomodate you.
