NET WORK
Group members meet guest artist/computer programmer Mel Landin and explore digital imaging resources and software applications on the Net. The final sessions of the workshop will introduce interactive systems, CD-ROM mastering and online distributions of projects that are being developed.
Members of AlienNation Co. install "Emotional Landscapes"/"Vespucci" for the opening on February 20. Angeles works all night on painting small pebble stones for her installation of "trail of a dead comet." Sound mastering of mezzo-soprano Isabelle Ganz's vocal performance, mixed with sonic landscapes by DJ Fluxx, is completed.
