FUNDRAISING

The fundraising committee is dedicated to implementing innovative ways of raising funds to sponsor HuMed-related activities such as the nternational Service Projects, Alternative Spring Break, and other activities and programs we are affiliated with. Past fund-raising events have included date auctions, dinners, and t-shirt sales.

PUBLICITY

The publicity arm of HuMed is involved in both community and campus outreach. We let students on campus know what opportunities are available to them in terms of service, whether they be abroad over the summer or here in Houston during the year. We also serve as a liason between HuMed and the greater Houston community when an event or occasion calls for it.

GRANTS

The Grants Committee identifies and solicits funding from a variety of foundations. The financial support received from these sources enables the local and international humanitarian efforts carried out by HuMed.
