Superwoman Syndrome in the 21st Century
Moderator - Tracie Hall
Perhaps the ultimate foundation of work-life balance is the diagnosis of “Superwoman Syndrome” – the behavior resulting from women possibly doing too much at one time in an effort to achieve an ideal balance between careers and personal life. This topic should address some of the key dilemmas observed in the work habits of today’s career-focused/family-oriented woman, and should attempt to discuss various considerations young managers and executives should give when prioritizing these factors.
