FOYM-Rice University shall, henceforth, be designated as the “main chapter” of FOYM in the US. It is required that any group that seeks to form a new chapter of FOYM, follow the new chapter requirements specified by the main chapter. The new chapter requirements are subject to change by the main chapter, in accordance with the guidelines in the original constitution of FOYM or any subsequent amendments.
