GPC for PLLA and PLGA

 

 

The GPC method should be run on the commercial PLLA and PLGA purchased from Polysciences. 

·       Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to prepare samples.  Samples should already be dissolved at 50 mg/mL in chloroform. 

·       Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data Analysis” to run samples on GPC.

·       Dispose of samples properly.

 

 

 

The GPC method should be run on your synthesized PLLA.

·       Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to prepare samples.  Samples need to be prepared to 50 mg/mL in chloroform. 

·       Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data Analysis” to run samples on GPC.

·       Dispose of samples properly.

 

 

 

The GPC method should be run on your degraded PLLA and PLGA samples.

·       Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to prepare samples.  Also refer to “Degradation Study of PLLA and PLGA.”  Samples need to be prepared to 15-25 mg/mL in chloroform. 

·       Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data Analysis” to run samples on GPC.

·       Dispose of samples properly.
