GPC for PLLA and PLGA
The GPC method should be run on the commercial PLLA and PLGA purchased
from Polysciences.

Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to
prepare samples. Samples should already
be dissolved at 50 mg/mL in chloroform.

Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data
Analysis” to run samples on GPC.
·
Dispose of samples properly.
The GPC method should be run on your synthesized PLLA.

Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to
prepare samples. Samples need to be
prepared to 50 mg/mL in chloroform.

Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data
Analysis” to run samples on GPC.

Dispose of samples properly.
The GPC method should be run on your degraded PLLA and PLGA samples.

Follow instructions “GPC Sample Preparation” to
prepare samples. Also refer to
“Degradation Study of PLLA and PLGA.”
Samples need to be prepared to 15-25 mg/mL in chloroform.
·
Follow instructions “GPC Operation” and “GPC Data
Analysis” to run samples on GPC.

Dispose of samples properly.
