This is a way for the entire Rice Community to submit ideas for improving Rice's environment and practices. Since most Rice people have five brilliant ideas before breakfast, this is a way to harness all of that brainpower and bring it to one location. Some guidelines for submissions will follow, but until then start cranking out ideas.
As I post the ideas and contact info, you can see who else is interested in your types of ideas, so you can get together and exchange ideas and start an initiative.
