If
you arrive by airplane or by bus, we will go and pick you up.
For the airport pick-up, it is arranged two times on Wednesday:
•One
is 12:00pm
•The
other is 4:00 pm
Early
arrival will be picked up at 6:00pm/9:00pm Tuesday night.

What
you need to bring with you : |

1.
Clothes.
2. Sleeping bag.
3. Things you will need in four days, for example, things for
bathing, etc.
4. And a joyous relaxing heart
The
registration fee covers the cost for all events in retreat
including room and board.

Contents
of the Retreat : |
|
Basic
and advanced Meditation skills will be introduced.
Lectures on sitting-meditation, Zen practice techniques will
take place in one of University’s historic buildings. Morning
Zen and motion meditation will take place amidst the
university’s large trees and green pastures.
Throughout this retreat, body, mind and spirit are expected to
undergo a process of purification and transformation.
