Brian is a J. Evans Attwell-Welch Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in 2007 from the Univeristy of Wisconsin, Madison. He was a postdoctoral fellow, also at UW, in 2007-2008 before moving to Houston in the fall of 2008.
Jes is a 2006 graduate of Henderson State University, and is examining rhodium catalysis and copper(I) complexes for selective bond activation.
Alex is studying metalloenzyme design based on synthetic polypeptides. He received his undergraduate degree from Kazan State University in Kazan, Russia.
Vincenzo is a graduate of the University of Messina, Italy (B.S., 2004) and the University of Pisa, Italy (M.S., 2006). He is interested in adamantane-like structures and the synthesis of sulfur-containing hydrocarbons.
Rituparna Kundu came to Rice in 2007 after earning her masters in chemistry from IIT Delhi in India.
Cara joined the lab in 2008.
Ramya joined the lab in 2009.
Dillon is currently a junior and a member of Will Rice College. His work mainly focuses
on the synthesis of functionalized polymers and their interactions with carbon nanotubes.
