How to make Pub yours for a night
Want to hold a party? An informational session? A place to have your end of the year club party? Pub is the place. Please go through our step-by-step process to figure out exactly what you need to make Pub yours for a night.
Steps
To rent Pub, you will:
- Follow the guided step-by-step process to submit your request, which begins below. You will start by delineating whether you are an internal or external group.
- When finished, someone from Willy's Pub will contact you confirming your request from Willy's Pub and giving you all applicable paperwork, e.g. invoice.
- You must also realize that by filling out these forms, you are not confirmed. This is the formal request process. Someone from Pub WILL contact you.
- Please note: Payment and agreement forms are due by 5 p.m. the business day prior to your event. (If your event is on a Sunday, this would mean your payment is due by 5 p.m. Friday.)
- Any pre-purchased alcohol or food not consumed at your event MUST remain on the premesis. No refunds for unconsumed, pre-purchased alcohol or food will be issued.
