Pub for an External Group
Make sure you're in the right place...
An external group would rent out Pub for something such as career services informational sessions, club events, Pub nights, etc.
You are unaffiliated with Rice University; you are not a registered student organization or department on campus. This includes Alumni, unless you work for a department and are holding an event for said department.
Alcohol and Dry Events
Pub does offer dry events.
