The following is from an email from the FCC which was sent to the Broadcast.net listserve. Regardless, I still recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your equipment to verify that you are Y2K compliant!

The vendors of EAS units have told us that all of their units should all be
unaffected from an operational standpoint by Y2K. That is, the units will
process EAS messages normally.
However, a couple of models may have a problem in printing the correct
date information. This can be corrected by having the latest software
version in the affected units. The versions of software to correct the
printing problem are:
Burk - 1.09 (version 1.0 is not)
Gorman Redlich - 6.4 or later
HollyAnne - 1.4
SAGE - 5.111 (version 5.88 is not)
TFT - Vx.821"
