Will Robedee
Welcome. This page is for those who want to know a little about me and my work.
I live in the Houston area with my wife and two children and work at Rice University.
Prior to Houston, I lived in the Hudson Valley region of New York State and I worked
at SUNY New Paltz for 8 years.
My Background
I have been involved with college media almost my entire adult life. I started
at WITC-FM which was then a 10 watt, class D station. To make a long story
short, I worked commercially for a while, but I am now the General Manager of
KTRU at Rice University and the Faculty Adviser for the student campus TV
station, RTV5.
I am also the Executive Director of College Broadcasters, Inc. (CBI)
College Broadcaster I created this web page to be a resource for college students, stations and professional staff. It has become a little dated recently because of my work on the webcasting issue.
