Feeling a little overwhelmed? Take 20 minutes out of your day to focus on your wellbeing and reap the benefits! These guided imagery sessions can help you decrease tension and increase concentration. Regular relaxation sessions could yield long-term health benefits and reduce symptoms due to allergies, asthma, chronic pain and arthritis, among others. Just close your eyes...listen...relax.

Every week in the RMC Chapel. See days and times below:

  • Tuesdays, 9:00 - 9:20 PM
  • Wednesdays, 12:30 - 12:50 PM
  • Thursdays, 3:30 - 3:50 PM


  • Feel free to bring a pillow or mat if you choose.
  • Sometimes the Chapel can be cool, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
  • Be sure to silence your cell phones, in addition to your mind!
