The Wellness Center offers massage technique classes. Sign up with a friend, roommate or significant other and give the gift of touch. So good!

Massage services are offered Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5 PM and on Thursday from 1-4 PM., by appointment only. Our massage therapist, Julia Fraser, LMT, will help determine the best way to relieve your aching muscles. Call 713-348-5194 to schedule an appointment; please make checks payable to Julia Fraser. Reiki Attunement: July 16th, 5:30 - 8:30 PM
Reiki (ray-kee) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that unseen energy, or Ki, flows through all things. When that energy is low or unbalanced we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. Learn how to use reiki to channel your Ki and feel happy and healthy. Julia Fraser, a Reiki master, will teach the history of reiki, answer questions and perform reiki attunements at Reiki 101!

Try the 30-Minute Mini-Vacation
