Fee: $3 ($5 late) — Nonrefundable (Bring Cash or Check Payable to: “Vietnamese Student Association”). Fee covers breakfast, lunch, speaker, t-shirts, supplies, etc. and will only be refunded if no space is available for student)

Application Deadline: Saturday, October 15, 2009 5pm (Limited Space—Please apply ASAP!)
