The 9th Annual College Leadership Workshop Application

Date: Saturday, October 22, 2011

Time: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Check-in and breakfast begin at 8:00 am.

Eligibility: All interested high school students

Fee: $5 ($7 late) – Nonrefundable (Bring Cash or Check Payable to: "Vietnamese Student Association"). Fee covers breakfast, lunch, supplies, etc. and will only be refunded if no space is available for student)

Registration Deadline: Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 5pm (Limited Space - Please apply ASAP!)
