Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake
It takes only 1 pan (no bowl) and is touted as 5-minute cake.
  • 1 1/2 c unbleached white flour
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1 c cold water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbl vinegar

    preheat over 375 f.

    sift dry ingredients into 8" square or 9" round baking pan mix liquids (except vinegar) and whisk into dry.
    when batter is smooth, add vinegar and stir quickly, until it is evenly distributed.
    bake 25-30 minutes, cool
