Banana Cranberry Parfait
This is a colorful snack/dessert type item that can
be made really quickly. It's also fairly healthy, all
things considered. Serves 4.
32 oz low-fat cottage cheese
1 16 oz can cranberry sauce with whole berries
2 medium sized bananas, sliced
Try to get 4 transparent bowls, if possible. Divide the
cottage cheese equally into the bowls. Layer the cranberry
sauce, and finally the banana slices. Serve chilled.
