height advantage. He taught the team how to be quick on their feet, and brought the
highest level of intensity to practice and tournaments. |

Bio 04: | "Edgar, you won Mardi Gras!"
And thus begins a tale of drunken proportions.
No matter how many sensational, athletic (dare we say "Ray-esque"?)
plays he makes on the field, Edgar will always be known for single-
handedly taking on New Orleans 2 years ago. He may have succumbed
in the end, but didn't lose his pride and dignity....at least not
until the time he lost his cookies the next morning. But we digress.
As the more masculine twin of Twin Towers' fame, Edgar is a team
leader in chicken wings, second only to the infamous "Mole".
However, due to his propensity to suffer severely pulled hamstrings
and post-party hangovers, we can't remember the last time he played
the Sunday of a tournament. If he had, Cloud Nine would certainly
have benefited from some hot lay-out D during games that mattered.
Instead, we are stuck wondering what might have been when we see him
D some poor freshman from a small, no-name school from the South
during Saturday's pool play. But hey, if you're the undisputed Mardi
Gras champion of Cloud Nine, who really cares about your on-field
performance anyway? |
