Only Participating Classrooms may send questions to the Project team.

However, Anyone can look at their questions and our answers, arranged by topic, or by date or by the name of the school. Select how you want to browse the questions:

We apologize to all of you who sent questions last week that we couldn't answer right away beause of recurring difficulties downloading email. We had trouble getting material out to you too, but it was impossible to receive your questions for many days. Things seem to be working now, so here are your answers!

Ask the Project team!

You can send a message to the McIntoshes or any of the project team, if your classroom is a participant in the Mali Interactive Project. Because there aren't very many of us in Mali and there are a lot of you who might want to send us a message, we ask that participating classrooms send us messages from the entire class. Decide what questions you all want to ask, then send them to us using the message screen below.

Tell us your Teacher's name, the School name, the message code (your teacher has this if you are a participating classroom) and indicate the general topic of the question. Examples:

General Archaeology (How do archaeologists know...)
Project Archaeology (about the excavations at Jenné-jeno specifically)
Jenne (questions about the local people and culture)
Project Living Conditions (any questions about the things project
members are experiencing, from the heat, to cooking arrangements, to our daily schedule)
Other (or you can name your own topic)

If you would like to send more than one question, indicate the topic for each question right on the message screen and leave the topic box blank. When you've typed in the question, click "send" and we'll get it today! Look for an answer posted on these pages within two days. We look forward to hearing from you!
