There has been a reported bug with the TS037 version of SAS for Macintosh. Apparently, if you are using a GLM procedure with analysis of variants, you will get unpredictable or incorrect results. However, the second invocation of the GLM procedure with analysis of variants may produce the correct results.
To avoid the problem, please upgrade your system to the TS038 level of SAS for the Macintosh. The TS038 level fixes the problem. To obtain a copy of the TS038 level of SAS for Macintosh, please contact either Scott Baggett in the Statistics Department or the Information Desk in Mudd.
SAS for Windows seems to be working fine.
