Each individual participating in the trip must fill out and turn in one of these forms.
- Participation Agreement for Club Sports
- Participation Agreement for Local Travel
(This is for travel of all non-Club Sports within the region, requiring no overnight stays, hotel accommodations or third party transportation.)
- Participation Agreement for Domestic Travel
(This is for U.S. travel of non-Club Sports outside the immediate region, requiring hotel accommodations and/or third party transportation.)
- Participation Agreement for International Travel
(This is for any travel of non-Club Sports outside of the United States.)
All international travel by student organizations must be pre-approved by the Office of International Programs (contact abroad@rice.edu for more information).
