Joanna Rostropowicz Clark has taught at Hunter College, NY, and at Rutgers University, and is presently an independent scholar with Princeton Research Forum. Her novel Romantyczka was published in Poland in 2004.

George Gasyna is Assistant Professor of Polish and Comparative Literature at the University of Illinois-Champaign.

Kevin Hannan is Professor of Linguistics at the University of Łódź.

Richard J. Hunter is Professor of Legal Studies and International Business at Seton Hall University.

Mariusz Muszyński is Professor of Law at Warsaw’s Stefan Wyszyński University.

Krzysztof Rak is a philosopher and a member of the governing board of the Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation. With Professor Mariusz Muszyński he has coauthored articles in Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Wyborcza, Wprost, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Die Zeit, and other publications.

James Reid is a Canadian poet. His third book of poetry, Mad Boys, was published by Coach House Books in 1997.

Brother Leo V. Ryan, C.S.V. is Dean and Professor Emeritus at DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois.

Gregor Thum is DAAD Visiting Assistant Professor in the History Department of the University of Pittsburgh.

Janet Tucker is Professor of Russian language and literature at the University of Arkansas.
