A word from the Coach:

2004-2005 is already emerging as an exciting time for the Rice Rugby program. Cohesive teamwork both on and off the field and generous support from Rice Rugby supporters has allowed us to take a more "business like" approach in developing the program. This will ultimately solidify strong foundations for the future. Our vision as we enter this coming season is based on full involvement of our squad and the understanding that every player, coach, and supporter has an important role to play. We look forward to the addition of even greater support from this years incoming class.

A word from the Captain:

It is with great honor that I lead my fellow teammates to battle with the rest of Texas this year. I look forward to not only dominating our opponents on the field, but also to charm their women with the same determination and distinctive flair. Rice Rugby has had many successful milestones over the years with both winning teams and great support. I personally will not be content to match those milestones, but to exceed them and make history of our own.

A word from the President:

With the current growth of the team and the increased enthusiasm over the last year, I have high expectations for the Rice Rugby club in the coming years. In my last year playing, I want to make this a year to remember that will rival the greatest of years in the club's history. I encourage any of those with interest to come out and be a part of the team this coming season.
