Application for Funding for Spring Break Trips

GET OUTSIDE! Plans for Spring Break? Need Money? Apply now for funds for your outdoor-based spring break trip.

Welcome to ROPE (Rice Outdoor Programs and Education). ROPE is offering limited funding for Spring Break trips that are outdoor-based. You can apply to the Spring Break Outdoor fund by completing this form. The request should include a description of where you are going, the reason for the trip, a detailed budget, who will be going, and any other pertinent information you think the selection committee should know. Provide as much information as you can.

Payment

The selection committee will decide how to divide up the funds between the applicants. If selected, collect your receipts during the trip. After the trip, the contact person will be required to turn in receipts by March 17 at 5 p.m. to Teresa Tucker in the Rec Center Administration Offices on the second floor of the Rec Center. A reimbursement will then be sent to the address listed on this application.

Deadlines

Deadline for applications is Monday, February 9 at 5:00 p.m. Final budget decisions will be emailed out to your contact person by Friday February 13 at 5:00 p.m.
