Become a trip leader!

Join our dynamic team of student trip leaders. We hire volunteer trip leaders each fall who participate in a 1-year training process which includes outdoor skills and certifications. After the training period you will have the opportunity to lead Rice students, faculty and staff on various trips including rock climbing, kayaking, backpacking, sailing, caving, and more.
