PRO SHOP ITEMS
Pick up all your need for your visit to the Rec Center at our Pro Shop. All items
can be purchased through the Operations Desk. View all our items for sale,
or download a copy of the list

You can do a number of things through the Operations Desk:
- To obtain access, please swipe your ID and exchange it with the staff for a SHOE TAG.
- SHOE TAGS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES when participating in any activity in the Rec Center.
- You can purchase Group Fitness passes at the desk.
- Small towels are available to all patrons. Large towels (for showering or pool use) may be obtained for a small fee (see below).
- You may check out equipment for Open Rec.
- You must obtain a "fish card" to use the pool for lap swim.
- Register for "baskets" and lockers. Basket use is free, but to obtain a locker, you must pay a small fee (see below).
- You can check out field/tennis court flags, and purchase items through the Pro Shop at the Ops Desk.
- Register for special events.
- Retrieve lost and found items.
- In addition, men are able to rent full-size lockers for the year. The rates are listed on the Membership page. As soon as renovation money becomes available the women's locker room will be reconfigured to allow locker rental as well.
- Members are responsible for providing their own locks. Rec Center members are also responsible for returning towels and equipment back to the Operations Desk in order to receive their ID back.
TOWEL SERVICE
One small hand towel per visit is available from the Operations Desk in exchange for a Membership or Rice ID Card.

Recreation Members with an Annual Towel Pass receive a free towel for their paid guests.
Towel Passes*
Individuals that may not use a towel every time they visit can purchase a 10 towel pass punch card for $5 and use those towels anytime during the semester.
* Members who purchase either towel service will receive a laminated card that must be presented at the Operations Desk when they need a towel.
Lockers
Rec Center members can request an assigned basket, which allows them to store personal items in the Locker Room on an annual basis. Patrons are responsible for providing their own lock, which can then be used on a full or half-sized locker when storing street clothes during your Rec Center visit. All locks and items must be removed at the end of the day from these lockers. Locker rentals are available on a per semester or yearly basis to Recreation Center members only. Baskets and day use lockers continue to be available free of charge. Locker rentals are coordinated through the Operations Desk.
