In addition, she enjoys working with fitness clients seeking to improve their general physique and fitness.
"My personal fitness goals primarily focus on improving my speed, agility, and speed endurance for competition in Ultimate Frisbee," AJ says. "When in the off-season, I look for ways to maintain cardio respiratory capacity and improving my mental health with physical activity. I love looking for new opportunities for my clients, as well as myself, to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. I see regular physical activity, regardless of goal, as a critical component of a well-balanced lifestyle."

Heather Roussel started personal training in her hometown of New Orleans. She graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Studies from Louisiana State University in 2005. She holds a certification from ACSM as a Health Fitness Instructor.
Heather specializes in strength-training programs for women and older adults. She also has extensive experience improving functional capacity with special populations such as; people with arthritis, heart disease, asthma, knee/hip replacements and injuries. "I love helping the everyday working masses who want to feel better mentally and physically through exercise," Roussel says. "They don't want to score touchdowns; they just want a better quality of life. That's why I became a personal trainer."

Top education and experience provides the strong base for Martha's personal training career. She graduated from Rice in 1997 with a B.A. in Human Performance/Health Sciences. She is certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise in May of 2000. Martha has also worked as a technician in a physical therapy clinic and has personal experience recovering from injury.
