Individual Sport Registration

This is the entry form for INDIVIDUALS.
For team sports, use the team sports form.

Please contact the Intramural Sports office if you do not receive a confirmation of the schedule one week after the last day of entry submission. Schedules will be available on the website 5-7 days after the deadline.

Grad students and Rice spouses also have to pay an annual $20 intramural sports participation fee at the Intramural Sports office or at the Cashier's Office (110 Allen Center) and then bring a reciept to the Intramural Sports Office to become eligibile for participation. Team entry forms will be accepted during the entry period only. Entry periods are usually one week in length.

PLEASE NOTE: The Policies for Play-By Date sports have changed for the 2007-2008 Intramural Sports year. Make sure you read them before signing up.
