Inner and outer protection
- Drink lots of water all through out the day, especially before, during, and after workouts
- Wear weather appropriate clothing, allowing for better protection
Allow for more rest between exercises
- Take 3 minutes to rest instead of 1
- Proper Hydration/Nutrition
Workout in more appropriate environments
- Air conditioned/Heated facilities
- Convenient locations

Make realistic benchmarks
- Make a list of goals
- Remind yourself of your goals and how to achieve them
- Break workout sessions into smaller increments (i.e. 3- ten minute sessions a day)
- Reward yourself for having achieved goals
Try something new
- Try a new workout routine
- Challenge yourself to a different activity
