Rice Club Sports is associated with the Office of Student Activities. To become a registered club sport, you must first register with the student activities clubs office.

To sustain Club status, (i) ensure that Rice University student club status is renewed each year, through application to the Office of Student Affairs, and (ii) apply to the Intramural and Club Sports office for renewal of Rice University Club Sports status. Fall 2009

Aug 27 General Meeting for Recreational and Conditional clubs

Aug 28 General Meeting for Competitive Clubs

Sept 4 Space Request forms and Fall Schedules due by 12pm

Sept 11 Program Registration, Budget Proposal Form, Membership List, Participation Agreements, Motor Vehicle Records, and Coach/Instructor Contract due by 5pm

Sept 30 Secondary Deadline ONLY for clubs who have received approval

Dec 4 Fall 2009 Sememester Reports due
