Every year, RCSSC will organize for picking up new Chinese students. This documentation is trying to provide some guidelines. The whole process contains:

1. Verify flight status and go to the airport
2. Pickup new students at the airport
3. Drive back to the graduate apartments or temporary accommodation places
4. Explain things to new student, settle them down before you leave
5. After you have finished all above
