Q: How can the public monitor the donation?

A: Several ways:

• (1) Report on the account detail and the names, amount of donators will be posted on a wibesite specially designed by Rice Chinese Student and Scholar Association for this flood donation campaign. The address of the website is: http://www.ruf.rice.edu/~rcssc/98flood_donation.html.
• (2) For those donators who donate individually $50 or more, their names will be listed in Chinese newspapers.
• (3) The account in the bank is open to public. Anyone can call the Metro bank branches to check the account information
