A: The money can be withdrawn only in the presence of at least five of the following seven committee members of the Fund at the Bank: General coordinates Yong Du, Lin Lu, Hua Huang, and Committee members Jianhua Yang, Gan Liang weijun Xiong, and Zhenchen Xu. The Money will be with drawn only when it is necessary to send the donation to the Red Cross of China.
