Welcome to the website for the Rice Naval ROTC unit. This is part of the Houston Consortium and has a sister unit at Prairie View A&M. The Rice Naval ROTC unit serves Rice University, the University of Houston, Texas Southern University, and Houston Baptist University.

Interested high school juniors and college freshmen at Rice, UH, TSU, HBU, or PVAMU with less than 30 college credit hours should apply for the Four Year National Scholarship when it opens in late Spring. Apply at www.nrotc.navy.mil
