REGISTRATION FEES:
All fees include a comprehensive set of conference materials, four continental breakfasts, four lunches, a reception following laboratory tours on Wednesday, and a dinner on Friday. 

  • $1200 Standard Fee.
  • $1095 Early Registration Fee (must register by June 29, 2009).
  • $1095 For Members of Endorsing Societies: BioHouston, The Biomaterials Network, Biomedical Engineering Society, Controlled Release Society,  Society For Biomaterials, The Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, or Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society
  • $495 For Graduate Students, post-docs, medical students, and residents.
    NOTE: This option requires prior approval: To be eligible, you must first contact the ATE course coordinator (see contact information below). You will be asked to submit a letter from your faculty advisor stating that you are a graduate (or other qualified student) in good standing. Please do not submit the online registration before obtaining approval from the course coordinator.

REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be in writing.  Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by July 22, 2009.  Cancellations received July 23 through August 1 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after August 1, 2009. 

WHEN AND WHERE:

Advances in Tissue Engineering will be held in Duncan Hall (Building #20 on campus map) at Rice University Wednesday through Saturday, August 12-15, 2009. You will recieve an enrollment acknowledgment by e-mail. Enrollment will be limited; early registration is advised.
