O-Week
O-week has an important academic purpose. First-year
and transfer students take required placement and qualifying tests, meet
with faculty advisors, and register for classes.
Students will meet with the divisional advisor in the area in which
they currently think they will major, and they remain assigned to that
divisional advisor until they declare a major (LINK).
