Installing keyboards and IMEs on a personal Windows Vista computer

1. Open Control Panel
   


2. Click "Clock, Language, and Region" button
   


3. Click the "Change keyboards or other input methods" button
   


4. Click the "Change keyboards..." button
   


5. Click the "Add" button
   


6. Select the specific language you want and press "OK" button. Instructions for specific languages:
   • US International Keyboard (use for French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish)
   • Arabic Keyboard
   • Chinese IME Keyboard
   • Hebrew Keyboard
   • Hindi Keyboard
   • Japanese Keyboard
   • Korean Keyboard
   • Russia Keyboard
