Installing the US International Keyboard on a personal Windows Vista computer
1-7: Follow the directions for Steps 1-7 for Installing International Keyboards for Vista.
  1. Press "+" preceding "English (United States)", arrow preceding "Keyboard", select "United States-International", then press "OK"

  2. Press "OK" button for the 'Text Services and Input Languages' window and press "OK" button for 'Regional and Language Options' window.
