If you
are using Microsoft Word to create a webpage, make sure to use the following
steps so that you webpage is encoded in Unicode (UTF-8). Go to “Tools” menu.
Select “Options …”. From Options dialogue box, choose
General Tab. Toward the bottom of the dialogue box, you will find “Web Options”
button. Click it. In the Web Options dialogue box, choose “Encoding” tab. From
“Save the document as” pull down menu, choose Unicode (UTF-8). If you want you
can check the “Always save …” box. Follow these steps before you save your
document as Web Page.

** If you need to change the name of a file,
you will need to open the file and “save as”. Notice that every time you create a file in
Word, a folder with same name is created. This folder must have the same name
as the file and cannot be renamed manually.
