Troubleshooting Problems

• If you are having problems with exercises involving non Roman character sets please make sure that you have your browser configured correctly. For help doing this please go to Input and Display of non Roman character sets.
• If students receive an error message when they submit their exercise, most likely, it is because they have forgotten to answer one of the questions. In this case, they simply click the "back" button on Netscape (or IE) to return to the screen where they entered all their answers, look for the question they have skipped, and answer that question.
• Some problems are also being had logging in to the system. To log in you need to know your professor's user id and also the class number. We are currently compiling a list of the professors and classes. If you are an employee testing out the system please do not submit your exercises because the professor will receive your score. If you do submit an exercise, please e-mail the professor informing them of the mistake.
