"Politics of Genetics"
 
Genetics has always been a source of controversy in the present age as we dawn upon the age of genetic engineering and cloning. In fact, the Human Genome Project is due to finish within a couple of years, which will provide invaluable scientific data about gene inheritance. In addition, society has recently crossed the threshold of cloning mammals. Is it ethically right to pursue these advances in human cloning and genetic research for the sake of furthering scientific knowledge?

Feel free to collect any thoughts and ideas and bring them to the meeting on Monday, April 20th. The location is at the Lovett House (House of the Masters of Lovett College), at lunch (12:00 PM).
