Short-term objective

The committee’s primary first objective is the development of a strategy and the presentation of that strategy to the IT Director, the JSA, and the MBA Program Director.  The strategy is a synthesis of the committee’s discussions with IT administrators, discussions with administrative staff, class surveys, and discussions with peers.  The strategy suggests actions the administration should take to move towards a technology environment that is consistent with that outlined in the Committee’s mission.
