A Sid Richardson Junior from Hong Kong, Cleo is studying Economics, Managerial Studies and Sport Management at Rice.

At Rice, she is Co-President of the Hong Kong Student Association, a Student Career Advisor, and a member of the Varsity Women's Tennis team.

Her internship experiences include Hang Seng Bank Co. Ltd in Hong Kong, where she worked in the Strategy Implementation Department (Corporate and Institutional Banking Division) and conducted competition analyses for commercial banks within the South China region; The Hong Kong Monetary Authority; Li and Fung (Trading) Co. Ltd; and Deacons Lawyers. At the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, she worked in the Corporate Development division, where she researched economic data and assisted in the launch of the new Hong Kong Bank Notes in summer 2004.

A Wiess sophomore from Sugar Land, TX, Rajen is studying Mathematical Economic Analysis at Rice.

Rajen competed in USA gymnastics at the elite and junior elite levels. He qualified and competed in three Junior Olympic national competitions, trained under the USA Olympic head coach, and trained with national and Olympic team members. He was team leader with the MEGA Gymnastics team. In high school, he founded and presided over the Young Politicians Club, which held and organized debates.

His internship experience includes interning at Vinson and Elkins Law Firm in the litigation section. He summarized documents, amended claims, and researched background information on business entities involved in cases. He has worked at a market research firm, Creative Consumer Research, analyzing the effectiveness of CCR's clients' products and/or services. He has also coached gymnastics from beginner to advanced levels.

A Jones freshman from Bahrain, Tanwee is studying Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Economic Analysis at Rice.

At Rice, she is currently researching Self-organized nano-pore arrays formed in anodic alumunium oxide.

In high school, she served as the Student Body President, Press Coordinator for an International Youth Festival, and Student Representative for UNICEF. She was actively involved in Model UN where she attended regional conferences as a delegate, chairperson of the General Assembly, and of the Security Council.

A Brown freshman from Shrewsbury, MA, Akshay is currently undecided about his major.

At Rice, he is an Office Assistant in the Bioengineering department, a New Student Representative in the Student Association, and a member of the Rice Yoga Club. In high school, he was involved in debate and Boy Scouts.

He has internship experience at Pioneer Investments, a mutual fund management firm in Boston, MA, where he worked in the E-commerce group on legal compliance and site statistics compilation.
