IAESTE
The International
Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE)
is an international network that coordinates internships for students
in technical fields, including engineering, computer science, mathematics,
natural and physical sciences, architecture and agricultural science.
Internships are currently available through IAESTE in over 80 foreign
countries. IAESTE also supplies U.S. companies with qualified technical
interns from around the world. IAESTE's combination of practical training
and cultural immersion prepares students for the challenges of the global
marketplace.

IAESTE Rice Local Committee
IAESTE
Rice is a local chapter of IAESTE
United States at Rice University. We work with local area employers
to identify internships for international IAESTE participants. IAESTE
Rice members then receive reciprocal opportunities to work around the
world. In addition, IAESTE Rice organizes events for international IAESTE
interns in Houston and promotes IAESTE at Rice.
