DocumentsRice University Donation Submission Letter If your donation is being made to the Rice chapter of HMO or is to support the travel costs of a Rice student participating in the Summer Service Trip, include this letter with your mailed donation to receive a receipt from Rice University, entitling you to a deduction from your income taxes. Kabula Clinic Project Proposal This document summarizes HMO's plans to build a low-cost basic healthcare facility in Western Kenya, in partnership with three other U.S. institutions and a Kenyan NGO. (This project was completed in late summer 2003!) Donation InstructionsRegular Donations For donations to support HMO's health projects abroad, simply make a check out to "Humanitarian Medical Outreach." You may also use the link above to donate by credit card. If using a check, please indicate whether you require a receipt for tax purposes, and either give the check to a representative of HMO or mail it to our Treasurer at Humanitarian Medical Outreach Rice University Chapter Donations If you you want your donation to be used for events on the Rice University campus or to support a Rice University student's participation in the Summer Service Trip, please download our Donation Submission Letter, fill it out, and include it with a check made out to "Rice University" with "HMO" written in the memo section. The check and letter may be given to a representative of HMO or mailed to the address above.
